We are lucky enough to own the very first house Brian built. We found it by accident during the early part of construction; frame and roof. Brian and his crew were on schedule and eager to please. Brian has a keen eye for style and design incorporating a “signature element” in each house he builds. There was frequent and timely communication, which was very comforting. Brian paid attention to detail and all finish work was above par. He builds with a sense of pride and has a high standard set for himself and his staff. We subsequently used Trapkus Build to finish off a basement project (8 years later) and found the same quality and great communication throughout the project.
